Seller reviewBart went way above what I expected from a broker. It was important that we get someone who would help since we were living in Florida. There were several times between the contract and the closing that Bart helped clean and organize with us and the tenants times to be out showings. There was moments towards the end that it looked like the deal may fall through but Bart did what needed to be done and got us closed.

He did not tell me what I want ted to hear he told me what I needed to do to achieve my goals. Bart is a courteous, friendly and professional realtor. I would recommend Bart Stevens to buy or sell any property (he did both for me!). I only wish I could use him again, but Arkansas is out of his area!
