She takes time to understand the clients' needs and concerns. Ms. Mandell has supplied some very important tips. In addition, she understands the process and helps the clients understand it as well. Most of all, Ms. Mandell knows how to gain your trust and make you comfortable with the process and the events as they occur. One final comment, is I feel that Ms. Mandell gives personalize treatment to her clients. That far and above makes her exceptional.
