Beth was easily the best realtor we have had yet. As a military member, we move frequently and find ourselves in short notice sales and purchases every 2-3 years. This one was no different and when the time came, she advised us that sale was not the right solution...so we rented for a little over a year on her advice. WORKED OUT AMAZING! When it did come time to sell, Beth assisted us with inspections and coordination prior to closing. This is where she went above the 'call for duty' as the tenant/landlord relationship went sour in the final weeks. Beth advised us on options and gave recommendations for lawyers should we need to go that far. Things calmed down and the sale went well without issues, but Beth's advice and demeanor were refreshing and timely. Without such, this would have easily pushed the sale out of escrow and would have cost us both the sale, profits, and MASSIVE STRESS! Thank you Beth for all that you did for us....you will be forever remember as THE reason this worked out!
