Beverly has been showing me houses and lake property for a long time, most at my request, I would continuously tell her this is just not what I want. I will know when I see it was always my answer. She was always a pleasure to be with when she would show me a house or property. Her knowledge of the properties was always incredible. No pressure just like a good friend trying to help me. The day she showed me the lake house that I bought we had looked at two other houses on my request, then she said that she had one more to show me. We went a looked and Beverly showed us the house, the view of the lake, the inside and outside was just what I wanted. Beverly gave us her usual spill for us to go talk about it and let her know what we decided. I told her that we didn't need to talk about it, "This is IT" . What do I need to do? She walked me through the steps and by the next morning we had a contract signed sealed and delivered. In about 2.5 weeks the house was mine. Beverly didn't let her job stop there, she gave us names and telephone numbers for utilities, phone, trash, water internet introduced us to neighbors told us where the closest stores would be etc. Beverly is the utmost professional Agent and a better friend. As I will always think of her. When friends, family, strangers ask me about who to talk to when looking for a house, property or looking to sell a property. Only ONE name will come out of my mouth!
