Seller reviewI was referred to Beverly Bradley by a mutual friend who lives in the city where the house I was selling was located. Since this matter involved an estate, the sale of the house was complex. Beverly understood the need to ensure the property was priced according to sales in the local market, the importance of upkeep since I was not living in the home and that we needed to follow the policies and procedures created by the court. Beverly kept me advised on the trend in the area and guided me on if, as and when it was time to modify the price in order to keep prospective buyers interested which was very helpful to me as an out of town seller. Beverly was very proficient in providing the names/contact information for vendors who could upgrade/repair the home as needed to increase its value. Beverly is a "one stop shop" when it comes to Real Estate agents who goes above and beyond what is required in order to properly market a home. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs!
