Please let me introduce myself, I am Beverly Carter, a full time, professional Realtor! I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and serve as a Director on the Stillwater Board of Realtors. I have lived in or near Stillwater my whole life. It is a wonderful community to enjoy my grandkids and OSU activities! Real-estate is truly my passion, I love helping buyers and sellers make the biggest purchase of their lives as fun and stress-free as possible.
As a Realtor specializing in residential properties, I have always brought abundant energy, creativity, dedication, experience and personal knowledge to my work. You can be assured I will stay on top of all the details of the deal to provide a smooth and easy transaction.
I feel part of my job is to educate my clients and give them a true understanding of their home purchase or home sale. I received my real estate license in 1983 and joined Century 21 in 2003. I could not have found a better company to make my home. I work with some of the best agents in town. And I am truly humbled by the recognition I have received from Century 21 as the top producer in our office, a top 10 producer in our region, and recognition for distinguished quality service. I was inducted into the Dick Loughlin Hall of Fame 2012. But honestly, my very favorite recognition is from the people alongside whom I get to walk through one of the most exciting (and sometimes scary) decisions of their lifetimes.

She was well-prepared for our first visit and was very patient in showing us multiple properties in a short time. She also was very patient when we wanted to go back to the same properties for second looks. Beverly is also very knowledgeable about services in the Stillwater area. If you want to know xyz about the homes in the area, Beverly will tell you xyz and abcdefghijk... She also was incredibly friendly and demonstrated only the utmost professionalism throughout our experience working with her. Beverly isn't in the business for herself. It was clear she was in it for us, the buyer. She was extremely attentive to our needs and provided us helpful feedback whenever we needed it. She also gave us time to think and process our decision, and she was there whenever we needed her...even if it was late at night! Beverly is wonderful. Not only was she our relator, but she was our friend. She was a dream to work with.
