Please let me introduce myself, I am Beverly Carter, a full time, professional Realtor! I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and serve as a Director on the Stillwater Board of Realtors. I have lived in or near Stillwater my whole life. It is a wonderful community to enjoy my grandkids and OSU activities! Real-estate is truly my passion, I love helping buyers and sellers make the biggest purchase of their lives as fun and stress-free as possible.
As a Realtor specializing in residential properties, I have always brought abundant energy, creativity, dedication, experience and personal knowledge to my work. You can be assured I will stay on top of all the details of the deal to provide a smooth and easy transaction.
I feel part of my job is to educate my clients and give them a true understanding of their home purchase or home sale. I received my real estate license in 1983 and joined Century 21 in 2003. I could not have found a better company to make my home. I work with some of the best agents in town. And I am truly humbled by the recognition I have received from Century 21 as the top producer in our office, a top 10 producer in our region, and recognition for distinguished quality service. I was inducted into the Dick Loughlin Hall of Fame 2012. But honestly, my very favorite recognition is from the people alongside whom I get to walk through one of the most exciting (and sometimes scary) decisions of their lifetimes.

Buyer reviewWe relocated to Oklahoma, so my house hunting started with searching the Internet and sending requests about information on properties I had liked. I had a few realtors reach back out to me. But I just wasn't real impressed with them. I felt like because I was shopping online they didn't want to spend time working with me if not already here in Stillwater. I googled some real estate companies and came to century 21 and thought Beverly would be one to give a shot with. She was very impressive from the moment she contacted me. And sent me many homes to look at online and continued to keep me updated on homes that would go under contract that I was interested in. She knew we wouldn't be making it into town until a certain day because of work for my husband and I. I wasn't able to be here for the closing so my husband had to do everything and she was so helpful to him getting him throufh the process. She was professional and fun during the whole process. I actually consider Beverly a friend after our experience with her. Linda Schmit was very helpful in the process when Beverly could not be available due to her sons wedding

We met Beverly Carter, who was the best at helping at helping us newcomers navigate the housing market. She kept our desires and needs in mind when showing homes.
