Buyer reviewBeverly helped us find and purchase our Dream home. We were relocating and not familiar with the area. Beverly help us in every aspect of the purchase. Due to being remote she was our eyes and ears.. We explained what we were looking for and criteria. We review listing together and put together a list of properties to view. This was all done during Covid-19 so everything was appointment only, We came up for the weekend to view properties with Beverly. We had a very busy day and made good use of our time. Once we found the home we were looking for we acted on it almost immediately. She help us put together an attractive offer that evening and also accompanied offer with a nice letter to the owners. We went to the property the following morning and our offer was accepted. Beverly than arranged all the inspections and such as we were not available to be there in person. She guided us through the process every step of the way. She was there to meet any contractors or inspectors appraisers etc,,, She was there for us through every step of the way,,, What a adventure.
