Seller reviewBeverly was recommended by two acquaintances. One had just sold and bought a house with Bev as their realtor. She came HIGHLY recommended. Both people were very insistent we go with Bev! And they were correct! Bev made the process easy and seamless. She kept the buyer and us in contact and the communication was the best. Bev has the innate ability to be calm as a cucumber but get's the job done and everyone loves her! Beverly was not just knowledgeable, but she was patient, aware and available at all times. The sale and set up for selling was seamless and very professional. Our house sold in a week, cash and over asking. How could that not be a fabulous experience? I miss meeting with her everyday! But I made a new friend for sure. She really is the best!
