He was not only professional, but friendly and trust worthy which not only put me but my family at ease. Bill has been the best experience with a realtor I've had. He was fast, efficient, and commutative. I could tell Bill had my best interest in mind when showing me houses and after a year of using other realtors, after I met Bill I was able to close within the month. Bill was truly a blessing and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

My fiancé and I were interested in a house that was not even on the market at the time and Bill was able to make it work for us. Bill went above and beyond to make sure we got the house we wanted, at a price we could afford. We are so grateful to the effort Bill put into this process. Bill was always there to answer questions, provide honest feedback/suggestions, and was accessible whenever we reached out to him! We could not recommend Bill enough for anyone wanting to find a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and passionate agent.

He navigated all of the business aspects for us so that we could focus on doing the hard work to clean out the house and take care of our elderly mother. Knowing that we needed the proceeds to go to her future care, he did everything to maximize those profits for us. I cannot overstate his consideration throughout this entire process, he truly treated us like family.

Seller reviewI can't think of something I would add to the above at the moment, but in the event that you don't get to see it Bill: Bill has a very positive, above-and-beyond type personality that let me know I was being taken care of at every turn. I'll never regret working with Mr. Oosterink. Bill developed fantastic options for the sale of my home and actually sold my property in less than 24 hours. Fantastic representative for Century 21. Wouldn't have done anything differently. My experience with Century 21 was very positive to say the least. Furthermore, when the time comes in the not so distant future that I want to buy another home, I will VERY likely be back to Century 21 to handle my needs. And I'll be asking for Bill specifically.
