Seller reviewBill was a God send from the moment he stepped into our home. We needed to sell our house fast and he surpassed our expectations. He was professional , knowledgeable and he paid attention to detail. He helped us with minor repairs to get the house ready for potential buyers. We went under contract six days after listing. Less than thirty days after that Bill represented us at closing because we relocated to another city. We love Bill and would recommend him over and over to all of our friends and family.

Seller reviewBill expertly and successfully negotiated a lower price offer for me on my new home. He went far above in assisting me with contractor recommendations for renovations so I could move in quickly and list my other home for sale. He suggested a higher listing price than I was expecting but had back up data to support his recommendation and it sold within three days at full list price. Again Bill assisted me with contractor recommendations to do some minor repairs found in the home inspection. Throughout both negotiations, Bill was a straight shooter which I appreciated. He's very communicative and always made himself available to answer any questions throughout the process. I highly recommend Bill for selling a home or in buying a home!
