Seller reviewMy experience with Bill Oosterink could not have been more positive. When it was apparent that the title company had limited experience to effect a sale with two sellers who were not only citizens of a foreign country, but living abroad, Bill stepped in with out-of-the-box solutions to ensure no delays in closing. For instance, I had encountered problems with obtaining a notarized signature on a power of attorney that would satisfy Maryland legal requirements. Bill realized that our issues would substantially delay closing on all three of my properties that were up for sale. Bill took the initiative to contact the Maryland Secretary of State to find an alternative solution. Not only did the solution satisfy all legal requirements, but it saved me hundreds of dollars and several days of delay. Whenever I needed Bill's expertise to solve a problem, he was there with an answer. As anyone can relate, selling a house can be stressful, Bill Oosterink made the process as painless as it could possibly be by being readily available, calm, and ultimately professional. The best choice I made in this process was to select Bill to be my agent.
