Seller reviewBill helped me find the house that I just sold for $45,000 over asking price, ( his recommendation to ask for a little lower then I wanted.) After I sold that house he helped my daughter and I find a new one 41/2 hours away, and even though we have a "local" agent I go to Bill for all of my questions. He probably regrets that, not really, he is a great agent, always ready to help you out. I strongly recommend him.
