Even despite the difficulties of working with me from the other side of the country, they were able to help secure an excellent new home. Even after the sale has been finalized, they've still been extremely helpful and responsive to any questions and requests I've had to make, such as asking for recommendations for local contractors. I highly recommend them both for anyone in need of a new home or real estate opportunity.

We felt our property was well advertised and kept up during the sale period. We knew that Bill and Angelica would get us into a new property and that's what happened. They went above and beyond in checking out the property because we are in another state. From our offer to getting the keys, everything went like clockwork and we are very happy with our new property. We never saw the property until after we closed, and everything was exactly as Bill described. Bill and Angelica really excel. They have our complete trust. Buyer reviewWhen we decided in late 2022 to move to Washington State a family member recommended that we talk to Bill Townsend about purchasing a house. We did make that contact and were so very pleased that Bills' spouse Angelica was part of the sales team. Together, they were a fantastic duo. We absolutely enjoyed having them help us navigate the looking, looking, looking and then the final choosing. There was never any pressure and it was obvious to us that they had our needs in mind for every listing that was offered. We flew to Washington in early 2023 to start looking at properties and they spent that time focused on our needs. Always professional and caring throughout the process. When we returned home. Bill and Angelica continued to work with our son who was our local eyes and ears. Finally our dream house became a reality by April. We are now enjoying out new home thanks to Bill and Angelica.
