Buyer reviewIt can be hard making such a critical decision in this current housing market. From early on Bill and Angelica set a standard that made the decision easy. They are awesome on every front. They continued going out of their way to ensure the process was smooth and quick. Bent over backwards to deal with our schedule. Offered sound advice throughout the process. The icing on the cake is how personable they are. Absolutely top notch and now I know we have lifelong agents.

Seller reviewI am not exactly sure how we met Bill and Angelica but the first thing Bill did was help us buy a home. It was a fantastic home and it was soooo easy, effortless. Bill knew that it was our first home and we were so impressed with him that there was no question at all when we needed a realtor again, and even a third time. Even though we live on the other side of the state now if I ever need a realtor again the first person I will reach out to is Bill Townsend.
