Phenomenal doesn't even begin to describe the outstanding level of expertise and professionalism we received from Bill Townsend while selling our home. Bill constantly found ways to go above and beyond from what we'd expect to get us as most for our listing as possible while making it a completely stress-free experience for us. Even before listing, Bill did an excellent job meeting with us, showing us the local comps, and really walking us through how to get the most out of the sale. While doing early walk throughs, Bill pointed out small things that we could address in the house that we could fix if we wanted to (totally our choice) to get the most value for our home. These small touches really went a huge way in driving up the offers when it came to that time. We were absolutely blown away by Bill's knowledge of the market and his marketing plan for the home. Bill again went above and beyond by putting together a very high-quality sales booklet for the home highlighting the local area and attractions, school, stores, and how safe the area was to be displayed at every open house. This was a true eye catcher on the counter to really showcase our awesome home. There was a ton of interesting in the home and Bill did a great job at arranging open houses and showings and getting the most traffic in the home in a short period of time. Bill's negotiation skills were superb. When it came time to negotiate offers, it was abundantly clear that Bill knew how to handle every situation and would work to get us the best value possible. The whole process from listing to closing was incredibly seamless. What stood out the most is how amazing Bill, Angelica, and his team were at keeping us up to date and answering any and all of our questions. There wasn't a moment that went by where we weren't up to date on the latest or waiting on a question to be answered. And that is a huge testament to the level of professionalism and expertise of Bill, Angelica, and the rest of the team. I'd recommend Bill and his team a thousand times over and there isn't a question that we'll be working with them again in the future.
