There were some real surprises for our sale, including a surprise "bump" that accelerated our contingency from 20 days to list and sell to just 5. Bill and Angelica had already been helping us prepare the house with advice and also connecting us with people to paint, prep, and repair. We were close to being fully ready, but he accelerated timeline was a challenge. Bill and Angelica were able to personally stage the house, arrange a professional photographer, list, schedule the open house, field offers, and many other details to make the deadline. Amazing.
