I am new to real estate investing, so I had lots of different questions during the buying process. Bj was not only quick to respond to my questions, but she answered in a way that was very clear and helpful. If she did not know the answer, she was quick to find out and get back to me. She made my overall experience of buying my first rental property a lot less scary, and a lot more efficient. For these reasons, I would definitely recommend any other investors in the area to have Bj represent them during their investment endeavors.
