BJ made this so easy, from obtaining unofficial advise as a friend through our proxy to signing for us as a closer. Being a fair distance away, she also stepped up to accommodate inspections and others as needed to access the house throughout the sale process. If it is as easy as 10/10, I would use that, but I can't begin to provide enough praise to BJ for how she accommodated us throughout the list to close process.
