Buyer reviewBob really cares about his clients. When I purchased my home, I had just had surgery, and Bob went out of his way to make sure I was going to be ok to get to and through the closing. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and I trust him to tell me the truth and help with details I don't understand. He communicates well and often. This is my 3rd transaction with him, and I hope there are no more! :) ....but if there would be, I will defiantly contact Bob. I've said it all previously....but I trust Bob with any and all details of my home purchases. He is excellent in every way and is not just my realtor, but my friend. Thank you Bob for all you've done for me!

He stopped by several times and offered encouragement and answered our questions. All of that hard work paid off when we received a full price offer on our home! Buyer reviewWe were recommended Bob Fernandez through my husband's new work. We both met him and liked him right off the bat. He was knowledgable of the area, which was one of the most important things to us because we were moving from out of state. Bob was always "there" for us, especially since we were out of state. He came to the selections appointments for our new home and was helpful for that, went to all of our walk-throughs with us and pointed out things we missed as new builders. He also was very well versed with the details/language of the contracts and closing documents. He was quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls, something that was very important to us. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in this area!
