Bob was thorough and treated every piece of transaction as though he had a vested interest in its success. Bob always returned any calls we made the same day we made them and has not been off putting in the slightest. I have nothing but praise for how he handled our purchase. The interactions we had with the selling agent were brief and pleasant. Everything went very smoothly and I am extremely satisfied with how our situation panned out.

Buyer reviewAlthough Bob was a consummate professional at all times, he was likewise just as friendly and emotionally vested in our home purchase as we were. you could literally SEE the joy on his face when he saw us so pleased. He takes pride in his work and clearly does not do this just for the commission. Finding our family the perfect home for our children to grow up in was truly important to him, as it was to us. Could not be happier.
