Seller reviewAt our initial meeting Bob sat with my wife and I and gave us a realistic expectation of the selling process. In a few days he provided us with an analysis of what our house would be worth on the market and a sales plan. He took wonderful eye catching pictures of our house for the online marketing campaign After we received an offer Bob counseled us on next steps. As the sales process went on Bob was always available with answers to our questions and concerns. We would recommend Bob Wallen as a realty sales agent because he had excellent knowledge of the local market, did a fantastic job of helping us price our home appropriately, and marketing our home.
