Buyer reviewWe are so appreciative of Bonita Vickery and how much she helped us! We came into this process very hesitant because were buying and selling at the same time. Even though we have bought and sold before she took the time to walk us through what would be happening in our specific situation. She stayed in communication with us the entire time and understood what our priorities were for buying our house. We told her what we were looking for and we are so happy we were able to find it. We can't say enough great things about Bonita and when the time comes when we have to move again we will be calling her first.

Seller reviewBonita has been the absolute best! With helping us find our current property, helping us sell a piece of land property we owned, and then helping us sell our previous house. She could do it all! She was timely with everything. Clearly has knowledge and experience in realty. Was able to give recommendations to local services that had more reasonable rates then any we found on our own. 10/10 will recommend and will use again in future!

From that point forward, she showed us an array of houses and answered all of our calls and questions. Because of Bonita, we were able to find our beautiful new home. If we ever need another home in the future, I would love to work with Bonita again. I will be recommending her to anyone I know that is looking for a home.
