Seller reviewBonita was, hands down, the most helpful, considerate, thoughtful and attentive real estate agent I could have asked for. She answered questions at odd hours, set up showings within the hour of a request to view properties, and was incredibly knowledgeable about current market trends, and everything else in between. There isn't another real estate agent I would even consider after completing this transaction. Seamless from start to finish. Our house was listed at 9 PM at night, and by 11 AM the following morning we had multiple showings scheduled, and an offer in hand. She knew the market trends and where the sweet spot to list was, which is why we had such great success in selling. She was prepared with comps, and also showed us what staging would do to increase the value. Is there a rating better than excellent? Because that's what she deserves. Above and beyond in every aspect of this process. The entire C21 team was a dream! I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Buyer reviewThis lady was very very patient with us. She showed my husband and myself allot houses for months. Allot of patience. Did everything possible to make us happy. Answered any questions at any time. Made sure we understood any red tape and how things function. Has same beliefs, morals, standards as we do. Very kind. She has checked on us since the sell in Oct 19. The home has been perfect. We have really really enjoyed our home. We would recommend her to anyone. Mrs Bonita was unable to attend one of our walk thru, but she sent an awesome young lady Victoria ? to assist. She did call and let us know the night before. You can't go wrong with this lady! Need more realtors like her.
