Our search for property in Springfield began from 1500 miles away in Idaho. We struggled to find anyone who would help us consistently from a distance. We finally were able to make a trip to the area for some on-site searching and still had not settled on an agent to help. We made a last effort to get a referral from people we could trust and were connected with Bonnie. We didn't realize it right at that moment but it was a real blessing. It turned out we had to wait 6 long months to get our old house sold and pick the right new place. During that time while I lived away from my family starting our new life in the Midwest, Bonnie showed house after house after house. Many areas, many styles, and many options. Bonnie accommodated every request and grew to know us and what we needed and steered us away from losing properties and propositions. A lot of effort had to be done while we were back and forth from Illinois and Idaho. Closing went to the wire over a holiday week and due to circumstances out of either of our control, she stepped up and pushed the work along to make it happen - sacrificing personal time and with extra effort. She knows the area and people very well and was able to provide excellent detailed insight into the area and area services and facilitated our integration into a new life in the area as well as a new house that will serve our family well.
