We drove 600 miles from Northern Wisconsin to the Springfield illinois area, to particularly look at one house. Bonnie arranged for us to see 6 houses all together, while we were here. This all happened to be last minute on our part, because we particularly wanted to see the one house. It turned out that the one house really did not work for us, but the last of the 6 houses that Bonnie picked out, did. We put in a contract and Bonnie helped us through everything. She knows a lot of businesses and people in the area. She drove us past the schools that were in our area. She also kept us posted throughout the buying process. During our 5 day trip down from Wisconsin, we put in our contract on the house we bought, applied for financing, and were able to tour the school. Bonnie Cartwright proved to be an excellent resource to us. She is very knowledgeable and so very caring and personable. As I mentioned earlier, this was all on last minute notice as well!!!!! She continued throughout our whole buying process to provide information and get answers to the questions we asked. She also kept in touch, as much of this time was also between Thanksgiving and Christmas. She always called us back in a very timely manner!!! I am so very grateful for all that she has done, all the questions she answered, and her very kind and caring manner. What an awesome person Bonnie Cartwright is!!!

Bonnie was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family and did even more when negotiating the price for us. Highly recommend her and would never use anyone besides her for our future needs. Kevin was great. Everytime we had to bring the kids with us he was there to help keep them busy so ee could focus on paperwork.
