That did not discourage Bonnie at all, and she worked tirelessly doing showings, probably more than 6 open houses. Took a little longer than we had hoped (not knowing the market conditions - not due to Bonnie's performance), but she ended up getting us two offers the same day, resulting in a sale substantially above asking price. Would not hesitate to recommend Bonnie to anyone buying or selling a home!
