She has practical knowledge of house infrastructure and will give honest opinions on wether or not she thinks a feature of a home is not in your best interest and conversely, if something that looks like a problem can be easily fixed. Her follow up is excellent. We felt like we were working with an advocate of our best interest from start to finish. I highly recommend this down to earth, knowledgeable, practical agent with a good sense of humor as a bonus!
