Bonnie Miranda is a true partner, helped us sell the New York house quick and took care of many additional items for us as we are in North Carolina. From her normal Relator duties, to ensuring plenty of showings, opening up the house ahead of prospective buyers to ensure it was tidy and comfortable, and even watering my house plants. She really took great care of us. When the first offer fell through on the very last day of the contract Bonnie sprang into action, showing the house that same day and securing an offer we accepted the next morning. We really appreciated her lightening speed actions in ensuring our house was not on the market too long. Bonnie was very efficient and kept us looped in with everything that was happening with the sale of this home. This was appreciated by us since we moved into our new home in North Carolina before we sold our house in New York. I never worried about the house, the process or the eventual sale of the home because I knew that Bonnie had our best interests, 150%!

Using Bonnie was a no brainer. Her service was second to none. She was so friendly and prompt with us. This being our first home, we weren't exactly sure how to go about things, but thanks to her we were successful with our first purchase. She was quick and prompt to follow up with all of our concerns. She went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate that as well. Not to mention my daughter absolutely loved "miss bonnie!"
