Personal Profile
History: Having been born here in Camp Hill, I am a product of the Camp Hill School District, after which I attended Messiah College in Grantham PA. This has given me a unique, long term perspective on our local market. Philosophy: I am in a customer service business and therefore must be prepared and accessible for whatever my clients need of me, whenever they may need me. My clients are not "inconveniences", they are the reasons for me being a Realtor.

Buyer reviewBrad was great in understanding our needs and was patient in our process of finding a house. It took nearly 3/4 of the year in a low inventory market, but we eventually locked in on a home we loved. Brad handled everything online and the overall process was very smooth. His attention to detail was great and he always made himself available to hear our comments or concerns. We discovered Brad through one of our co-workers who highly recommended him based on previous transactions. Brad communicated with us in person or via text/phone and always made himself available to us - no matter the time of day. His communications were always clear and he almost always offered to meet in person if we needed to discuss an important matter.
