Personal Profile
History: Having been born here in Camp Hill, I am a product of the Camp Hill School District, after which I attended Messiah College in Grantham PA. This has given me a unique, long term perspective on our local market. Philosophy: I am in a customer service business and therefore must be prepared and accessible for whatever my clients need of me, whenever they may need me. My clients are not "inconveniences", they are the reasons for me being a Realtor.

Buyer reviewBrad did an awesome job in getting our dream house although he is the sellers agent he help us all the way. He is very patient, communicate very well, and knows all about the property. So glad we met Brad and that he is the agent of the property that we like.

Seller reviewBrad Boyer helped us deal with the sale of a home that was part of my brother's estate. As I live in another state, Brad dealt with all the issues that needed to be addresssed to ready the house for sale and during the process of inspections and buyer negotiation. He was extremely helpful and kind in dealing with all the issues that arose. He had been recommended by the estate attorney who had worked with him on other estate sale homes. His willlingness to take charge of the process was a godsend. I would highly recommend him for help in selling a home.

He always kept us abreast of any developments, feedback on the house, and progress with the sell and the contracts. He was most accommodating regarding using the online dot.loop contracts. Brad always was available to answer any questions and gave prompt concise answers and advice. We would recommend Brad to anyone who would ask for opinion of a realtor. He always went the extra mile and made us totally confident in his ability and knowledge of the business. He is truly trustworthy and a very diligent salesperson.
