With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I've dedicated over 15 years of that time to serve the community of first responders, police, firefighters and military service members who serve and protect our country. Being a community Realtor has allowed me to help and give back to you all, who have given so much to us. Military and service members have always had a special place in my heart as my grandfather and uncle both served in the military for 20 years. Seller reviewBrad was my broker to buy the property I sold, when I made the difficult decision to sell the house Brad was my immediate contact! Thankfully, I still had his contact information on my phone. Needless to say, Brad is my go-to Broker in Washington, I have recommended his services to anyone who asks me which broker to work with when buying and selling their house. His vast real estate knowledge and transparent communications helped me tremendously during a stressful time. My house was on the market for 3 days, I had 5 showings within 2 days and an offer matching my asking price during that week! Although I relocated to my next home, leaving the house empty, Brad ensured I was kept up to speed about the closing status and walked me through the process, making a otherwise stressful event completely worry free!
