With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I've dedicated over 15 years of that time to serve the community of first responders, police, firefighters and military service members who serve and protect our country. Being a community Realtor has allowed me to help and give back to you all, who have given so much to us. Military and service members have always had a special place in my heart as my grandfather and uncle both served in the military for 20 years. Buyer reviewBrad stuck with us for almost 2 years of Saturdays and Sundays from morning to dusk while we worked this crazy market. We started out pretty limited in funds but he never discouraged us or treated us like we couldn't do it. Great agent and we love our new home!

Buyer reviewI chose to work with Brad Harper because he came highly recommended by my son and his girlfriend. I was trying to buy a house in Pierce County and I wasn't too familiar with the areas; I trusted Brad to advise me on this and he did not disappoint. There were a couple houses we didn't view because as we drove through the neighborhood he said no to the areas and that he didn't want me living there . . . that's a testament to how serious Brad was to finding the perfect house for me. He made me feel like he was treating me as he would treat his family and/or close friend. I would recommend Brad to any of my friends, as I know he would treat them the same. Brad is very personable, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. We viewed many, many homes together, as I was out bid on almost every home . . . he knew there was one out there for me and he kept looking until we found it. This is not my forever home, so when I'm ready to sell and buy again, Brad will most definitely be my agent!
