Brady Boren was a tremendous agent to work with. He did everything to help us find the right home and did not complain one time, even though we dragged him through 50+ walk throughs. He worked hard helping us negotiate the right price on our offers, but gave us no pressure when we felt we had to walk away from a bad inspection, or an unreasonable counter offer. He was always pleasant, cheery, made us and the other home owners comfortable when we would show up to see homes. He was very flexible in his schedule, and was sure to alert us early if there were conflicts, but we never felt like he had no time for us. He was very knowledgeable about what the market likes, what he has seen that would not add value to a home, and what he has seen that has "hidden" value. We also saw some one of a kind homes that I don't know if I will ever forget (and not in a good way). Sorry about those Brady! Those were my fault. This was our third home purchase in 8 years.
