I searched for houses on the net about six months prior to actually looking. Brady was the first to call. He was friendly, but not pushy. Always asked permission to check back. And he always did. No other agent ever called me. Got emails from a few, but none were serious about helping us. Brady is knowledgeable about his profession. He is also patient, empathetic and he is a good listener. We enjoyed working with Brady, and will do so again if the need arises. I have already recommended him to some friends.

I was new to the area and didn't necessarily want to use my friend's realtors. I was impressed with the professional chemistry with Brady and cannot imagine I would have the house I have now without him. This sale wasn't easy, and Brady never gave up. When I was ready to throw in the towel he was willing to keep going to make it work out. He is a spectacular human who really understood what I needed in a house and who I was as a person to get me into the house I didn't even know I needed :)

When selling our house we debated doing it on our own and saving money or using an agent. Brady was highly recommended to us so we decided to give him a call and see what he had to say. After talking with him we felt complete confident in his knowledge and ability to sell our house. He is friendly, professional, trustworthy, and an all around great guy. He listened to our wants and needs and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He responded to calls and texts in a timely manner and always had answers to our questions. If there was ever something he didn't know, he figured it out and got back to us. Most of all, he genuinely cared about how we felt and helped us get the best deal we possibly could. We are so glad we chose Brady to sell our house and are extremely pleased with his work. He made what is often a stressful and overwhelming process so simple and stress free. He handle everything from start to finish and made selling our home easier than we ever expected. We had such a great experience working with Brady and highly recommend him!
