Born in Spokane, BranDen spent his early years moving around Washington state as part of a family deeply rooted in the logging industry. He later earned a degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, which helped shape his strong communication skills and deep understanding of people. At just 18, he began his journey as a personal trainer, learning how to help individuals set goals and achieve meaningful progress.
Before real estate, BranDen served as the Sales, Account, and Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural business. These experiences sharpened his ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, manage complex operations, and follow through with integrity-skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others, BranDen found his true calling in real estate. Whether buying, selling, or investing, clients appreciate his strategic approach, honest advice, and relentless work ethic.

Buyer reviewWe found BranDen through a post I made on Facebook. We worked with him for several months on purchasing a property, which ultimately we did not purchase. However throughout the entire process, BranDen was amazing. He tracked down every tiny bit of information I needed and answered every question I could possibly have. He went above and beyond, and when the purchase didn't happen there was no pressure from BranDen. It was such an awesome experience that when we found a completely different property through Zillow, I reached out directly to BranDen. I knew I wanted that same experience of professionalism, patience, and careful fact finding that I knew he would do as my agent. The purchase was a success and I never felt pressured, rushed, or burdensome. He made me feel very confident in the purchase and I was very happy with his service.

I was in a terrible living situation with my ex husband and needed to sell my home as quickly as possible. Not only did the Tipton's price my home accordingly and had it sold in the shortest possible time, these two truly cared about the well being of everyone involved. They communicated every step of the way with professionalism and grace. I couldn't have done it without them. At a time when I needed a guiding light, they were so much more than that, they were compassionate and caring and held my hand the entire way to closing. Not only are they exceptional realtors, they are amazing human beings. I will forever be grateful for their efforts. They deserve so much more commission than I was able to pay them. Buyer reviewThere isn't enough words to say how thankful I am for BranDen and Shianne! My home buying experience would not have been the same without them or possibly happen at all. I was a first time home buyer and they took their time educating me on the process and answering my questions at every turn. Their patience and support gave me the confidence to move forward when I was previously unsure. They are both extremely detailed oriented and offered much needed guidance when touring homes. Between the two of them they made themselves constantly available to tour multiple homes a day while keeping a constant line of communication. I don't know how they do it!! Their expert negotiating knowledge allowed for us to win an increadible deal on our home and close quickly (same day!). Since our time with BranDen and Shianne, I have recommended them to multiple people and will continue to recommend them to anyone who will listen. They made my dreams a reality!
