Born in Spokane, BranDen spent his early years moving around Washington state as part of a family deeply rooted in the logging industry. He later earned a degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, which helped shape his strong communication skills and deep understanding of people. At just 18, he began his journey as a personal trainer, learning how to help individuals set goals and achieve meaningful progress.
Before real estate, BranDen served as the Sales, Account, and Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural business. These experiences sharpened his ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, manage complex operations, and follow through with integrity-skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others, BranDen found his true calling in real estate. Whether buying, selling, or investing, clients appreciate his strategic approach, honest advice, and relentless work ethic.

Seller reviewBranden was excellent, maybe beyond excellent, to work with. Selling your home is a stressful time, and he acted as a competent, sage, and eminently available guide during the process and brought knowledge and professionalism to every interaction. Our process was not stress free- no one can provide that. But I can't imagine it having gone better all things considered, and if we had to do it again tomorrow Branden would be our first call. Thanks.

He did an excellent job marketing the 4- Plex and working with all four tenants to show all units, which is a huge undertaking, but he made is sound effortless, but I know the truth. He kept me informed immediately on everything and listened to me regarding all issues big or small. I have worked with other real estate professionals and I can honestly say that BranDen Tipton is the professional you want if you are buying or selling. I listed the property and received an offer the next day. If you are in Couer 'D Alene, ID John Beautler of (C21) is the best in Idaho, but can refer you to BranDen Tipton if you have property or want to buy property in Washington.
