We could highly recommend BranDen & Shianne Tipton. They are very knowledgeable of the area and the pricing of condos. The pictures were excellent and posted online for exceptional coverage. We will definitely use them again if/when we buy in the greater Spokane area. They are a pleasure to work with.

It was a pleasure to work with Branden Tipton. When first starting Branden gave us some tips of what we could do to make big changes to the house and get the best return on our money. Branden was very helpful. Selling a home is a very stressful situation and Branden was patient and walked us through every step letting us know what to expect so there was not any surprises. It put us at ease.

BranDen was an exceptional advocate and broker for us. He made sure he understood our goals and marketed/negotiated our sale with those goals in mind. BranDen contacted me because I had listed my home on Zillow (I am a realtor, but decided to sell by owner) and he had an interested buyer. I was not ready to work with an agent yet as I had only been on Zillow for a short time, but I agreed to let him bring his buyers. When they arrived, BranDen was extremely professional, cordial, knowledgeable and although he clearly represented his buyers, he was very honest and gave valuable input. I was quite impressed with his demeanor and how he handled himself the entire time. His buyers were interested, but had a home to sell in another state, so that is kind of where it ended. I also decided to remove my property from Zillow as we truly weren't ready to part with it, and we had some good friends wanting to buy some of the land. Then Branden reached out again stating that his buyer's home was under contract and they still had an interest in mine. Consequently, he came back with his buyers for a second look and they decided to move forward. I was hesitant to revisit the idea of selling but having met his buyers before, I knew they would love the home as much as we did. The buyers ended up wanting to write an offer and BranDen's professionalism and negotiating skills kicked in and resulted in a seamless transaction. Having been in the business myself for years, I am more critical of other agents than a typical home seller/buyer would be. Having said that, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. You will feel extremely comfortable, safe, informed, and very well represented working with him. He is very calming and resourceful and I was quite impressed. I would recommend him to family and friends, and to me, it means there is a high level of trust and confidence in a person if you are willing to refer them to your inner circle. Branden did everything in a timely fashion.

He's very hardworking and made the impossible, possible. His communication is next level. He always breaks everything down. He's a down to earth guy and doesn't ask anything outrageous of you with the sale of your house. I've hired BranDen three times to sell houses, I was very pleased everytime.
