With over six years of experience in real estate and multiple Top Producer awards under his belt, BranDen "Tip" Tipton brings dedication, expertise, and results to every transaction. Born in Spokane, BranDen spent his early years moving around Washington state as part of a family deeply rooted in the logging industry. He later earned a degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, which helped shape his strong communication skills and deep understanding of people. At just 18, he began his journey as a personal trainer, learning how to help individuals set goals and achieve meaningful progress.
Before real estate, BranDen served as the Sales, Account, and Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural business. These experiences sharpened his ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, manage complex operations, and follow through with integrity-skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others, BranDen found his true calling in real estate. Whether buying, selling, or investing, clients appreciate his strategic approach, honest advice, and relentless work ethic.

Buyer reviewBranden and Shianne were excellent to deal with. They were both SUPER responsive with communications and professional at all times. One of the things I enjoyed most was Branden is not afraid to be honest and straight in conversation. You don't get that very often these days. He was good/helpful in the negotiation process which for me can be stressful. He was not pushy with anything and genuinely wanted to understand our needs and wants in a house. We are very happy with the experience and would highly recommend them for others.

Seller reviewI recently closed three real estate transactions with the help of BranDen Tipton. The properties included the sale of my home of almost 50 years, the purchase of my new "forever" home, and the sale of family farmland. I cannot imagine maneuvering through all of this without his help and expertise. Not only was BranDen extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he was also conscious and understanding of my emotional turmoil associated with the life changing decisions I was making. BranDen worked tirelessly through some difficult negotiating periods and always made himself accessible to me. I always, always, felt that my interests and financial well-being were first and foremost to him. He and his wife Shianne are a great professional team and I couldn't be happier with the services they provided. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat - they are the best!
