With over six years of experience in real estate and multiple Top Producer awards under his belt, BranDen "Tip" Tipton brings dedication, expertise, and results to every transaction. Born in Spokane, BranDen spent his early years moving around Washington state as part of a family deeply rooted in the logging industry. He later earned a degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, which helped shape his strong communication skills and deep understanding of people. At just 18, he began his journey as a personal trainer, learning how to help individuals set goals and achieve meaningful progress.
Before real estate, BranDen served as the Sales, Account, and Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural business. These experiences sharpened his ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, manage complex operations, and follow through with integrity-skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others, BranDen found his true calling in real estate. Whether buying, selling, or investing, clients appreciate his strategic approach, honest advice, and relentless work ethic.

He took the time to not only learn what our timing and needs were, but helped guide us through the entire process by giving us advice and recommendations for selling our home, even going as far as researching quality and experienced realtors in our state to help us sell our home so we'd be in a good position to make an offer when we found the right home.
