Born in Spokane, BranDen spent his early years moving around Washington state as part of a family deeply rooted in the logging industry. He later earned a degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, which helped shape his strong communication skills and deep understanding of people. At just 18, he began his journey as a personal trainer, learning how to help individuals set goals and achieve meaningful progress.
Before real estate, BranDen served as the Sales, Account, and Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural business. These experiences sharpened his ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, manage complex operations, and follow through with integrity-skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others, BranDen found his true calling in real estate. Whether buying, selling, or investing, clients appreciate his strategic approach, honest advice, and relentless work ethic.

Buyer reviewDuring the purchase of my home, Branden Tipton was a rock star. From the low appraisal, changing lenders, months of construction delay after construction delay, Branden was there at every turn taking care of every detail. He never dropped the ball even when he got married during this time! He is the nicest person in the industry, but when he needed to get tough, he really went to bat for me. His professional guidance and encouragement pushed me to the finish line when at times I wanted to quit, and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful new condo.

Although he knew we could get more for the house, and advised us as such, he also understood we were looking for a quick transaction and helped us through that process. Every question we had on the process was quickly answered, even if he had to contact other agencies to get the answer. A+ agent that I will use for all my real estate transactions in the future.
