Born in Spokane, BranDen spent his early years moving around Washington state as part of a family deeply rooted in the logging industry. He later earned a degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, which helped shape his strong communication skills and deep understanding of people. At just 18, he began his journey as a personal trainer, learning how to help individuals set goals and achieve meaningful progress.
Before real estate, BranDen served as the Sales, Account, and Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural business. These experiences sharpened his ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, manage complex operations, and follow through with integrity-skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others, BranDen found his true calling in real estate. Whether buying, selling, or investing, clients appreciate his strategic approach, honest advice, and relentless work ethic.

Buyer reviewBranden is a very strong relator due to his step by step process of guiding the buyer through all the phases of the purchase. Second, his is a skilled communicator and always prepares you for the next step in the process of the purchase. I strongly recommend Branden because he is a good person personally and professionally. I trusted Branden from the moment I met him. His strong character and attention to detail in every phase of the purchase was amazing. Overall, my wife and I are very lucky to have Branden Tipton as our buying agent. You don't find quality agents like Branden who is extremely knowledgable but also very calm and supportive through all the up and downs of buying a new home.

He communicated with our lender to hold them accountable to our timeline, and helped us understand the process of buying. He was available to answer questions and took us on virtual tours since we were relying on him to show us around since we were buying from out of state. He was detail oriented with our final walkthrough and other things with inspection to make sure we were comfortable and could trust him. I felt as though he was putting it into perspective as if he was buying this home and the expectations he would have if this were his purchase. Branden would be a wonderful choice for anyone looking to purchase around the Spokane area!
