BranDen is a warm and sincere person who really cares about his clients and is totally dedicated to achieving the best possible results for them. He is also an experienced and energetic agent with good people skills and has high standards for himself and the people he hires to work for him. He has a partner, Shianne, who mostly handles the market research and Internet side of the sales process, and who also happens to be a lovely person it was a treat to be with. Together, they launched an impressive marketing campaign that left no stone unturned. He hired a topnotch photographer who took beautiful pictures of our house, which included an excellent Matterport virtual tour. Those pictures were used in Internet ads that Shianne posted on numerous and varied platforms, providing extensive exposure to a diverse audience of potential buyers. BranDen also personally reached out to local agents via texts, emails and phone calls. Throughout the time our home was on the market, his enthusiasm never flagged, and he gave us a lot of personal attention, always seeming glad to talk to us, always encouraging, and happy to explain anything we didn't understand. He was very prompt about returning our calls or emails and always contacted agents after a showing to get feedback about how the showing went, which he then passed along to us. And he took great care with details; he was meticulous about making sure any paperwork was accurate and completed on time. In the end, we sold our house for a good price, which enabled us to buy another house that we really like. But the story doesn't end there. As one final act of caring, BranDen researched and interviewed agents in the state we were moving to, and gave us a referral to an agent that was a good match for us. It was a great experience working with BranDen and Shianne, and we very much enjoyed our relationship with them. The only downside to this is that now we really miss them!

BranDen Tipton is a competent professional. Completely trustworthy, knowledgeable and approachable. When we were looking at the home I now own, I asked the same questions a couple of times.
