Over the course of 3 years, Brandi has helped me sell two homes and purchase one home. She has extreme knowledge in the market as well as what it takes to sell a home. Brandi was very helpful and amazing

Brandi was phenomenal. From the get go she was all about making sure as first time home buyers we knew what things to look at, what things to think about when deciding what you want, things to look at while in the house, and most importantly, how the whole process works and what we should expect. Brandi was really good at taking our wants and needs in a home and showing us homes in our budget, that fit exactly what we wanted. Every house she showed us was one that we did consider making an offer, she really knew what we wanted and made it a reality for us. She did not stop there, she worked and worked even after an accepted offer to get us down to the cheapest out of pocket costs up front, which is what we wanted and she succeeded. Brandi even went out of her way to help find me a lender when my current one was dropping the ball. She was committed to doing everything in her power to put us in a home that we would be happy in. That is why I will never stop recommending Brandi to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a home, and why I will use her when it is my turn to go through this process again.

Brandi was nothing but helpful, she went out of her way on countless occasions when we sent her a house out of the blue. She would make sure that we could see it either that same day or the next morning. She was very pleasant to work with always being optimistic and encouraging even when it seemed like we wouldn't find anything. We have since recommended her to a couple of family members and when it is time for us to move again she will be the first person we call.
