Seller reviewWhen I called the office, Brenda was the first broker I spoke with. I could not have been happier! She was so easy to work with, not pushy in any way, but very knowledgeable about the area and what people were looking for. She had a particular client in mind, and it was a perfect fit. I would have to say, "it was meant to be" in all aspects of this transaction. I hope to work with her again in the future and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a broker. We were having troubles with getting the loan since I lacked a two year work history, I went to three different banks and got rejected from each one. I was about to give up, but Brenda found a bank that actually would give me the loan. I'm a first time home buyer, so I didn't know that much about buying a house. But Brenda explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. She answered every question I had right away. I had a lot of troubles getting the home loan because I lack a two year work history. It seemed like no bank was going to give me the loan. I was about to give up, but Brenda actually found a bank that would work with me. I recommend Brenda to anyone who is looking for a house around this area. I don't think I would've gotten the house if it wasn't for her helping me through it all. Thank you Brenda!
