Overall just amazing. I hope to work with Brenda on several more real estate projects. She is very motivated and I always felt like I was the only client. She gave me all the attention that I desired and was always there to answer questions by phone or email. She was very willing to meet in person, but this particular sale did not need a site visit. Even today she keeps in touch and I believe we have built a great professional relationship. She is very knowledgeable and I believe she has a lot of experience with Real Estate. She offered great advice and never did push something for her benefit. The transaction was about me ant the land and she was there to help the whole way through.

Brenda went above and beyond my expectations. Brenda was very patient when my timeline continuously moved, she kept in touch with me and didn't pressure me to start the process until I was ready. She kept in contact with me for over a year before I was ready to put my townhouse on the market. She gave me great advice on what to repair and improve in preparation for the sale, saving me money on things I would have changed. The process was straightforward and she kept in contact with me every step of the way. Brenda was knowledgeable about the market conditions and we set a price that brought in offers within days. I highly recommend this thoughtful, knowledgeable, charming and kind woman to sell your house and find your next home.

I was referred by a lady who used her earlier. So when she called me I didn't need an agent but my parents did. I met Brenda at a showing with my parents. They were looking at a smaller home and wanting to sell there's. Immediately I had her come to our home and have a conversation with my parents to get feed back on there thoughts of Brenda. She was very impressive and professional but also down to earth and very likeable! Immediately trusted by me and them. So she became their agent on buying there new home and selling there huge home and property. The home was sold in one week after listing thanks to Brenda and the timeline to get moved and sell worked out great for us all. I used another agent which was the biggest mistake I ever made and won't again! I personally love Brenda and will be recommending her to my kids when they are ready in the next few years to upgrade to a newer bigger home! I went with Century 21 with my own home just a horrible lying realtor. I am sorry I didn't use Brenda.
