We purchased our first home with Brenda as our agent back in 2007 and we were happy with the experience. In August 2016 after living out of the US for 5 years we needed to sell the home while not living in the USA. We could not have asked for a more smooth, efficient, or better process or experience. Brenda is extremely knowledgeable and has years of experience. She was able to advise us on how to best prepare the home before listing it and the photographer she works with is great at show casing the home (we were so impressed). She was also able to advise us on the market and comparable homes in order to list our home so that we would get the most out of it. Her expertise allowed us to list it for a price that was far higher than we had ever imagined being able to get out of our home. Our home was only on the market around 8 days before we had almost a full price offer that went completely through to closing. She was excellent at negotiating between us and the buyer. She listened to us, understood us & represented us so well. We were extremely happy with the selling price and we do not feel we would have had the same experience or profit if we would have tried to sell the home on our own or with another agent. Truly every step went perfectly and we are extremely happy and thankful with the entire experience. We were amazed by Brenda and her entire team. Communication was excellent in every way, every single step. We are absolutely impressed. We live thousands of miles away on a island in the middle of the Caribbean ocean, far from the home that we needed to sell in Salt Lake City, Utah.
