I have been selling real estate since 1978. I am the President of The Fauquier County Fair, Inc., Past President of Virginia Association of Fairs and active inthe Greater Area Association of Realtors. She helped ease our anxiety over the whole process as we had lived in the house 34 years. Brenda lined up all the workers needed to fix things in the house that were named on the punch list which was extremely helpful as were out of state by that time. The docusign was so convenient! So we were totally pleased!
