I have been selling real estate since 1978. I am the President of The Fauquier County Fair, Inc., Past President of Virginia Association of Fairs and active inthe Greater Area Association of Realtors. Seller reviewI selected Brenda because I knew she was not only local to our area but well know in the many surrounding counties. Brenda understood the anxiety that I had over the preparation for the sell of my home and the hopes that I had for the new owners. She was always willing to answer my questions and explain the process of the things that I didn't understand. She handled all issues with ease and most of the time without needing to bother me. This was my first home sell and it was pleasant and seamless from the start to closing. Thank you Brenda for walking me through this process with such care and thoughtfulness.

Seller reviewI am from Southern Fauquier--But I been gone for over 20 years. I was NOT sure how the market was there...I completely relied on Brenda Rich-Born and raised in the county and VERY aware of the prices that properties were selling. I had not intention of selling this piece of property..Brenda brought me a Buyer and "walked me" through the whole process. All of this took less then 3 weeks--including the settlement with Cardinal Settlement (also excellent recommendation) and everyone walks away HAPPY!!! I have another property that I will be selling---There is NO doubt who I will CALL to sell--BRENDA RICH!!!! Again, Thanks for all the attention....
