As a first time home owner, the process of buying a home was extremely overwhelming. However, after our first initial call/ meet up with Brent, I knew we were going to be in good hands. Brent was super detailed oriented, personable and huge knowledgable about the area. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. He was very responsive to both email, texting and calls. My fiancé and I had an overall great experience with Brent and Would highly recommend him. He has the professionalism of a business man and the heart of a caring family member. 10/10.

Brent Simpson was our realtor for selling our Frankfort home. We were on a tight timeline. We were relocating due to a job transfer and we had only a few weeks to sell the house. Brent understood this need and was able to list our house the same day he came. He also made our house look its best which is quite the feat since we have 4 young children and a busy schedule. He saw the improvements we had made and showed them off in their best light. Another critical factor for us was that he understood Frankfort, the city we lived in. We actually rejected the first realtor whom the relocation company presented to us because they were not local to Frankfort. Frankfort's real estate market is unique and we wanted someone who understood that and who would market our house well for the area. Brent went above and beyond in many aspects. Our buyer was a first-time buyer who was extremely nervous even up until the last few days. Several little things came up towards the end of the closing. By this point, we had already moved to California and were living in temporary corporate housing in a different time zone. Brent took care of every detail smoothing it all over. We appreciate that Brent isn't a showy realtor who talks a big talk, but he is honest and follows through with action. Brent is trustworthy and dependable. Brent is a calming presence in what can be a stressful process. He is optimistically realistic and won't over inflate expectations. He is also extremely resourceful and knowledgeable about who can help with repairs and logistics. He was always quick to respond to texts or calls. Brent was fantastic to work with. We highly recommend him to any of our Frankfort friends who are looking into buying or selling.
