Personal Profile
I am the youngest son of Jerry and Gail Simpson, the founding owners/brokers of CENTURY 21 Simpson & Associates. The company joined CENTURY 21 in 1992 and we have received the Quality Service Office Award every year since 1993. We focus and pride ourselves on the highest customer service possible.
I am a graduate of Western Hills High School and I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky (Go Big Blue!). I held positions as a Staff Accountant, Assistant Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager and Controller for two automotive manufacturers for 17 years. I was also a financial examiner for the Kentucky Department of Insurance, where I performed statutory audits of Kentucky-domiciled insurance companies. I hold active licenses as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Examiner. I have served on the Simon House Board, been ordained as a deacon in my church, and enjoy being an active member of my community.
In 2008, I become a REALTOR and joined the family business where I played a key role in the daily operations of the company. In 2020, I took over the Broker role from my Dad. In my real estate career, I obtained the Pinnacle Quality Service Agent Award from 2013 to 2017 and every year since 2019. I specialize in residential units and commercial properties and help buyers and sellers in Central Kentucky and also have a working knowledge of rental and investment properties. I love helping my clients and making sure that the process is smooth. I look forward to helping you make the next move.

Seller reviewFrom the first meeting with Brent we knew he was the person to sell our house. He walked us through the process, explained what he would do for us and helped us set a selling price. He knew the current market and prepared us for what to expect. He communicated with us letting us know of any issues that arrose out of the showings and if needed corrected. He even suggested a "pop-up" open house one weekend when there was a listed Open House in our neighborhood. It was very successful. All in all Brent was with us all the way. He treated us like we were his only client. He was responsive to our questions and needs. I would highly recommend Brent to my friends, family and anyone who asked. Very Happy with Brent Simpson.

During that time he was responsive, respectful and very helpful in navigating the listing and showings. After my father passed Brent jumped right in to helping us sell my father's house and it was sold within days. Brent does a great job of being a supportive realtor, but also being honest about the situation. He was active in pursuing our needs, but also a trustworthy advisor on whether our suggestions or wishes were off base. That's all you can ask for in a realtor. Thanks Brent!
